(Day 2 in series of two stand-alone workshops on drawing and painting the human head. Day 1 is a drawing workshop, Day 2 is for painting the head.) In the Painting Zone studio-gallery, this acrylic painting workshop is suitable for anyone who has completed Day 1 or who has a little previous experience of drawing the head. You’ll revise the proportions of the head and face, and learn how to use light, shadow and sensitive line to depict facial contours in paint. Work at your own pace within a small friendly group, with experienced one-to-one tuition on hand. Basic materials are available. Limited spaces and early booking is advised.
