Watercolour Skills Workshop (1) Wed 19 Apr. 10.00am - 4.00pm
(First in series of two stand-alone workshops.) Suitable if you are starting or developing your watercolour skills, and have some previous basic drawing experience. Paint in the Painting Zone studio. Bring your ideas and references, or choose a subject to develop using a photo-references provided. Learn to plan and realise a composition. Continue practicing your skills at combining line with vibrant watercolour washes, with light effects using the white of the paper. Plan your colours combining and mixing harmonious colour-designs. Work at your own pace within a small friendly group, with experienced one-to-one tuition on hand if required. Basic materials are available and feel free to bring your own favourites. Limited spaces and early booking is advised.
