A hands-on, fun approach to exploring painting & drawing skills essential to starting or or restarting your painting. Six short individual stand-alone Essentials courses are offered through the year, corresponding to school terms.
Each course varies in content, including confidence-building exercises in painting, drawing and creativity, aiming to build your introductory practical skills and unlock your artistic ideas.
Previous painting or drawing experience is not essential. All you need to bring is an interest in art and a keenness to explore, experiment try new methods. Use of boards, paper and paints are provided as well as basic materials for all exercises. Advice on any further useful materials you may choose to purchase will be available.
