This acrylic painting workshop is suitable for anyone wishing to gain experience of previous painting the head using acrylic paints. You’ll learn how to depict the proportions of the head and face accurately, how to use light, shadow, sensitive line and colour to depict facial contours. Learning is by examining printed examples, learning how to create your own photo references, hands on practical drawing and paiunting exercises, followed by working at your own pace to create a painting, supported within a small friendly group. Experienced one-to-one tuition is on hand. Basic materials are included. Spaces are limited, early booking is advised.
