Welcome to Painting Zone Art Workshops
Hello. I’m Stella Shaw, an experienced artist and adult painting teacher based in Cirencester.
I enjoy sharing my enthusiasm for art and information I've gained over many years of painting
to inspire others to explore their creativity and to improve their drawing and painting skills across a range of subjects. I help participants get to grips with the fundamentals of using acrylic paint and mixed media methods. I aim to equip participants with a broad set of
painting competencies to enable them, over time,
to develop their artistic skills and to tackle painting any subject with confidence.
Classes are relaxed and supportive, painting subjects vary from landscape, still life,
and people. Those who are interested can also learn more abstract approaches.
Visual examples, technical demos, gentle guidance, structured lessons with practical exercises, encouragement and experienced technical tips support participants' development.

All classes and workshops take place in-person at
4 Beeches Workshops, Beeches Road, Cirencester.
Groups are small and the atmosphere is supportive.
