This days of Flow painting & Mindfulness practical hands on exercises and processes provides a framework for you to engage with your deeper self and to exjoy painting in free, heartfelt ways. You'll have a chance to get into the flow of painting from observation and imagination, from a number of engaging starting points suggested. We'll be exploring deeper looking, as well as various methods of painting without brushes. Materials are provided. You'll learn through demonstrations, participating in hands-on exercises, small group sharings, with one-to-one tutor support if required. No previous painting experience is necessary. Use of boards, paper and paints are provided.
